Isabel and Patrick

Isabel and Patrick were married on a beautiful August day in the coastal town of Lewes, Delaware. They got ready separately, Isabel at The Inn at Canal Square with her bridesmaids, and Patrick at Hotel Rodney with his groomsmen, both surrounded by a sense of anticipation.
Their ceremony and reception were held at Cape Henlopen State Park, at Fort Miles—a setting chosen for its natural beauty and historic charm, but most of all for its view of the ocean. They wanted the sea at their backs as they said their vows, its steady rhythm a reminder of something deeper and timeless. You could hear the waves, the gulls, the wind through the dunes.
Isabel thrifted every plate for their reception, adding an intentional, collected feel to the tables adorned with coastal touches. As dusk settled, we snuck away for portraits on the beach, the last light fading behind them. Then they returned—hand in hand—to candlelit tables, music, and the voices of the people who know them best.
The whole day felt both cinematic and personal—a story told in glances, sea air, and the soft rhythm of a place they love.
